Cell spacers maintain uniform gaps between battery cells to prevent overheating, improve thermal regulation, and reduce vibrations and mechanical stress during operation. Compression pads apply consistent pressure across battery cells, ensuring uniform contact to enhance electrochemical reactions, absorb vibrations and shocks, and improve efficiency. Our pads also help to minimize cell swelling, reducing the risk of mechanical damage or thermal runaway.

StokCell is our advanced range of materials developed to provide controlled counterpressure during cell expansion, helping to increase battery pack durability and reduce the risk of cell failure or deterioration over time. Designed to absorb mechanical stress and compensate for thickness variations, StokCell plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and performance of battery systems.

Made from elastomeric polyurethane foam, silicone foam, and highly compressible fibrous materials, StokCell is available in a wide variety of densities, thicknesses, and softness levels. It combines outstanding mechanical resistance, high temperature stability, and low thermal conductivity, making it ideal for shock absorption, vibration damping, and thermal management.

StokCell is typically placed between individual cells to provide consistent mechanical support and thermal cushioning. In some cases, it can also be used between modules, depending on the design requirements. Its ability to absorb shocks and vibrations, compensate for cell thickness variations, and maintain uniform counterpressure during charging and discharging cycles makes it an essential component in enhancing the durability and reliability of battery packs.
